Hai, teman-teman. Hari ini kita belajar geometri untuk persiapan Tes Kemampuan Akademik. Kita akan mengenal bangun datar dan bangun ruang, dari sifatnya sampai cara menghitungnya. Kita mulai dari bangun datar. Bangun datar hanya punya panjang dan lebar, jadi bisa digambar rata di atas kertas. Ini persegi. Perhatikan sisinya. Keempat sisi persegi sama panjang, dan keempat sudutnya siku-siku. Sekarang persegi panjang. Sisi yang berhadapan sama panjang, tetapi sisi panjang dan sisi lebarnya berbeda. Bangun kita putar pada pusatnya, lalu kita hitung berapa kali bangun itu terlihat sama sebelum satu putaran penuh. Kita mulai dari nol derajat. Titik merah menandai satu pojok persegi. Sekarang putar sembilan puluh derajat. Titik merah pindah ke pojok berikutnya, dan perseginya terlihat persis sama seperti sebelumnya.
